Busta Rhymes Suffers Bloody Head Injury During New York Concert

Busta Rhymes suffered a bloody head injury after nosediving into a huge crowd while performing in New York on Nov. 28.
The rapper was a surprise guest at the NYC venue during O.T. Genasis’ show and slipped off the platform while leaning his way into the crowd, and ended up leaving the stage with a wound to his head. He rushed off the stage to treat his bloody injury, but never returned, according to TMZ.
But Busta appears to be in good spirits all the same, and tweeted shortly after:
