Paris Hilton Returns to Music After Seven Years

Paris HiltonParis Hilton has announced her return to music after a break of more than seven years.

The 32-year-old socialite is gearing up to release her comeback single “Good Time” on Tuesday. Hilton told MTV News “I love being in the studio. Music has always been a huge passion of mine, so to be having my new single out with Lil Wayne, it’s just such an honor, and I’m so excited for the world to hear it.”

The single featuring Lil Wayne will appear on her second studio album. “I’ve been recording this album for about a year and a half now,” she revealed. Hilton recently finished a DJ residency this summer at one of Ibiza’s top nightclubs, Amnesia.

The Stars Are Blind singer will be releasing music with a house vibe, after signing to Cash Money Records, which has worked with Nicki Minaj, Young Money, Drake and Lil Wayne. “They’ve been so supportive and amazing. I love working with everybody,” she said.

Her self-titled debut in 2006 sold almost 200,000 copies in the US, and peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart.
